🔑 Key Information Regarding Bookings

• Confirmation Follow-up: The initial "booking confirmation" email does not finalize the transaction. Your reservation is only secured upon receipt of a separate follow-up email.

• Action Required: This follow-up email will contain instructions to proceed with payment and fully secure your booking.

💳 Payment Policy

• Bookings: full payment is required to confirm reservation, otherwise it will be cancelled after 10 days. This is refundable if you cancel 30 days or more before arrival.

• Payment method is bank transfer

🛅Security Deposit

• A mandatory 200 € security deposit is required.

• This will be included on the confirmation payment, and is fully refundable after check-out if no damage occurs to the property.
